A week after a wild, rain-filled race in Boston, the world’s best are set to take place in the 2018 London Marathon on Sunday. A star-studded race, the men’s field will feature the likes of Olympic champion Eliud Kipchoge, as well as his best challenger Kenenisa Bekele and Great Britain’s Mo Farah, while the women’s side Mary Keitany, who has won this race three times.
In the United States, coverage of the race will be broadcast on NBC Sports Network live Sunday morning from 3:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. ET. The elite women’s race starts at 4:15 a.m. ET, and the elite men’s race begins at 5 a.m. ET. If you don’t have cable or can’t get to a TV, you can watch live on your computer, phone or streaming device by signing up for one of the following cable-free, live-TV streaming services:

It’s hard work running for 26.2 miles, so if you would rather sit back and watch other people do it, there’s an easy way.
Because the BBC will be providing live coverage of the big race on Sunday, April 22 as the world’s fastest runners, including Britain’s Mo Farah, and thousands of amateurs take on the challenging course through the capital.
A number of runners from Gloucestershire will also take part in the annual event.
Coverage of the marathon will begin at 8.30am on BBC One on Sunday and you can use the Red Button to watch the elite runners from start to finish, beginning at 8.50am. Coverage will continue until around 2pm.
And if you want to watch the runners dressed up as Batman, Wonder Woman or big chickens, you can watch the amateur racers finish the course on a dedicated Finish Line stream, through the BBC Sport website or through Connected TV.
The race will be started by The Queen at 10am – although she will be miles away in the grounds of Windsor Castle.
This is because the 2018 marathon is 110 years since the Olympic Marathon of 1908 was started at the castle.
Sir John Spurling, chairman of London Marathon Events Ltd said: “We are deeply honoured that Her Majesty The Queen has accepted the invitation to start the 2018 London Marathon.
“Especially as this will happen 110 years after the 1908 Olympic Marathon was started at Windsor Castle by the then Princess Mary, grandmother to The Queen.
